A Christmas Carol – RCEP Partners up with TBD Films and On The Stage

We are proud to announce our partnership with TBD Films and On The Stage (our usual ticketing platform) to bring A Christmas Carol, a streaming event for this holiday season.

You know the story, but you've never seen it like this! The famous tale by Charles Dickens is reimagined as a one-man stage play where Tony Award winning Jefferson Mays plays the roles of Ebenezer Scrooge, the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, and over 50 more characters. This performance, directed by the Tony nominated director Michael Arden, was originally presented at the Geffen Playhouse in Pasadena in 2018. Now, with live theatre closed until further notice, Mays, Arden, and the rest of the creative team came back together to recreate this stage magic and present it to the world through this filmed performance.

This event comes as a wonderful opportunity for the holiday season; with an amazing show like this, full of professional creatives in a large theatre, people usually pay $75-$100 per each ticket for a single seat. Lucky for us, this show is being offered as a 24-hours stream-link beginning this Friday, November 28, for only $50 (plus processing fees), which means the whole family can watch with one ticket! Best of all, with each purchase of a ticket/stream-link, RCEP receives almost half of the proceeds as a charitable contribution.
